Stig is holds a master’s degree in electrical power engineering and a PhD in industrial economics and technology management applied on Smart Grids from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Stig has 25 years’ experience in the intersection between industry and academia, through employments at the Norwegian TSO Statnett, Institute for Energy Technology, HandEl Skandinavia, OMX Technology, Tieto and Smart Innovation Norway/NCE Smart Energy Markets. Stig is Section Leader National Research at Smart Innovation Norway. Previously, he held the position as Head of R&D at eSmart Systems.
